Leah is a native Austinite and a graduate of Westlake High School and Texas Christian University. She has knowledge and connections both professional and personal within the Austin community. Family, tennis with friends, and personal remodeling projects keep her busy in off hours.

Leah specializes in Central Austin and West Lake Hills, especially introducing newcomers to the Austin community. Leah’s enthusiastic personality, extensive business experience, and resourcefulness have resulted in long-term relationships with her clients. In the words of one client, Joe Merrill, “Leah’s extensive local network will help you also find the best inspectors, appraisers, and other local service providers that reduce purchasing risk and make your home buying experience easier.” She commits so wholeheartedly to her clients and finding them the right house match that she frequently feels that her job is more pleasure than actual “work”. Three-time client, Jennie Pace, says of Leah ” She’s committed to detail and fun to work with, she is outstanding. We’ve had her help us with the past three real estate transactions, and I’ve always felt like we came out on top. Couldn’t recommend a realtor more.”

Leah enables buyers and sellers to realize a home’s full economic potential by re-envisioning it with a fresh, creative perspective. She is not afraid to offer advice on how to pull a house together whether that is through an expansive remodel or sprucing up a home when it is time to sell. She will gladly roll up her sleeves and re-arrange furniture, provide local contacts for construction or maintenance work, or provide her own personal staging assistance. This individualized approach has resulted in clients getting the most bang for their buck, time and again.
