Choo Sando | Japanese sushi and sandwich pop-up Choo Sando opened a permanent shop in Brentwood offering to-go sandwiches like tamago (Japanese-style egg salad), lobster, or fruit sandwiches, as well as omakase by preorder.

Honey Pig | East Coast Korean barbecue chain Honey Pig opened its first Austin location which offers grill-it-yourself brisket, and bulgogi, with other dishes like noodles, soups, and bibimbap.
