The retro design includes an outdoor patio and lounge area, a space for pets, as well as rotating food trucks. Most importantly, the added gates will allow more travelers to come and go from Austin on a daily basis. Once all of the carriers are operating, 36 flights are expected to arrive and depart daily. And if need increases, this new terminal was designed with room to grow. For more details and photos of the project click here.
