With her family being involved with the real estate, architecture, and culture of Austin since 1901, it was only fitting for Jocelyn to find a career in real estate. Since 2003, Jocelyn has used her extensive connections, personal knowledge of Austin, and experience in marketing sales to establish a reputation as a reliable and resourceful agent. Jocelyn's genuine interest in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals is what she contributes to her successful career.
Outside of the office, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves walking around Clarksville, wake surfing on Lake Austin, taking a spin or pilates class, or grabbing a bite to eat. Jocelyn is also very dedicated to the Austin community. She stays closely involved in the leadership of many organizations, including Hospice Austin and Helping Hand Home for Children.

I feel lucky to live in the centrally located neighborhood of Clarksville. Swedish Hill is my go-to for all things coffee, food, and small gifts!

The community is the best part of Austin. Even though Austin has grown so much, there is still a small-town feel to the city!

Josephine House is hands down my favorite restaurant, plus I can walk there from my
house! I always order the rice bowl with a crisp glass of rosé.
What Are Some of The Current Home Trends You Are Seeing?
Lately, I have been seeing more homeowners play with unique tile patterns and colors as well as whimsical wallpaper in the main rooms, rather than just In the powder room.

Carmen Crawford, I love her cowboy-inspired pieces.

My espresso machine — I couldn't live without it!

I would have to say my favorite style is a mix of modern and traditional, but I appreciate them all. I love that I get to experience walking through most styles of homes.

What Are Your Thoughts on The Changing Landscape of Austin?
Austin is a growing city, and while change can be scary I love seeing new buildings pop up downtown. I am proud to know the "before Austin” and excited to see what the future holds for this city!
