Jennifer Welch

By |

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Jennifer spent 5 years traveling the globe for a sports marketing company and was brought back to Austin working under the dome of the State Capitol as the prestigious Calendars Committee Clerk for the Texas House of Representatives.  After her third legislative session, she decided to pursue her real estate career.

Being blessed by the unique opportunity to be mentored by top producer and industry leader, Laura Gottesman, Broker/Owner of Gottesman Residential Real Estate, Jennifer learned the ins and outs of the Austin real estate market as well as the importance of relationships, hard work, and integrity within the industry.  She gained first hand experience being involved in the buying and selling of luxury homes as well as marketing each property individually to fit each seller’s goals within the changing Austin market.  More importantly, she has surrounded herself with mentors whose work ethic, integrity, reputation and knowledge of the growing Austin landscape continue to set the industry bar.

Nine years into her real estate career, Jennifer has been blessed to be one of the top producers in the ever evolving Austin real estate market.  For five years, she has been awarded the top honor of being included in Austin’s Elite 25 which represents the top .25% of all Austin agents.

Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity to work in this fast paced market and knows what it takes to work hard and be successful.  Her non stop work ethic, loyal clientele, positive relationships among the realtor community, and determination to bring the highest level of professionalism and service to each of her clients has catapulted her success.  Her ultimate fulfillment is achieving her client’s goals.  She feels extremely blessed to have the faith and trust of her client’s and friends and these relationships continue long after the closing table.  Out of the office, she can be found skiing or surfing on Lake Austin, running Lady Bird Lake with her lab Gypsy or fishing down on the Texas coast.

Mason Quintana

By |
Mason’s unofficial real estate career began in 2004 when he and his wife Ariel bought their first home in southwest Austin. He quickly discovered that he had a passion for architecture, design, and a knack for discovering and evaluating great properties and investments. This passion was reinforced a number of years later when he moved his family to central Austin after finding and renovating a mid century ranch style home.
Soon after this move, Mason decided to turn his passion into a career. Before Gottesman Residential, Mason was integral in the formation of a startup real estate firm that developed its business and reputation steadily during his tenure.
His approach to real estate is very simple. “Never let your clients sweat!” He strives to limit the stress of buyers and sellers and to make the transaction as smooth and uneventful as possible. With this philosophy in practice, Mason’s business has grown every year in the current competitive market.
