Tammy Moran Koen, a native Texan, has lived in Austin since 1979, where she attended the University of Texas and graduated in 1983. An Austin homeowner for 26 years with experience in building and remodeling, Tammy is knowledgeable about current and past real estate trends. She currently is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Council of Austin, The National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Austin Multiple Listing Service, and the Juvenile Diabetes Association. Tammy has also volunteered for several organizations including The Junior League of Austin, Children's Hospital fundraiser committee and Caritas. Tammy is always continuing her education, networking and training to serve her clients in the most effective ways. She strives to make each transaction as smooth as possible with the highest level of professionalism.
