Lauren Elizabeth Springer

Lauren Elizabeth Springer’s philosophy is to provide the best all-around service while building strong relationships with her clients through a motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful approach to real estate. A lifelong Austinite, after being born in New York, Lauren began to pursue her passion in real estate in 2013 after she returned from college where she played Division I tennis. Lauren has been a licensed  REALTOR® since 2013, starting her career at Gottesman Residential where she was mentored by top agents in the industry.

Lauren practices out-of-the-box thinking to find solutions for her clients while maintaining a high standard of integrity and honesty. She believes in being present throughout each transaction from initial contact to closing, always making her client’s needs the top priority. Lauren’s strong attention to detail and market knowledge ensures that expertise is evident. Thanks to Lauren’s professional and personal networks, a major part of her transactional success comes from representing clients on private sales before properties are brought to the market.

Lauren finds great joy in playing an active role in the community and giving back wherever she can. She is dedicated to local causes including the Nobelity Project (www.nobelity.org), Just Imagine it (www.just-imagine-it.org), Helping Hand Home (www.helpinghandhome.org) and previously the Hospice Austin’s Beauty of Life (www.hospiceaustin.org).

Lauren currently resides in Downtown Austin and is well versed in the culture of the city. She loves to be a resource to her clients on how to tap into Austin’s core lifestyle, arts, music, sports, and social scene. When she is not working, Lauren enjoys traveling, running Lady Bird Lake and spending time with her friends and family.
